![]() | This Convex Reflector was also made by Archer Pancoast & Co. and then by R. E. Dietz. Robert Dietz sold his 28 year old lantern business to buy Archer Pancoast from their receivers. He was keen on securing AP's rights to sell the new "Tubular" lantern. |
| Ferdinand and Bernard Meyrose made this lantern in the 1870s that works similar to the tubular patent. Dietz sued them, and several other companies for patent infringement. Note the tops of the tubes are open. | ![]() |
